As part of her preparations to compete in the 2016 Trans Am Series, Cindi Lux has partnered with VR Motion Corp (formerly know as Maher Solutions, LLC) to train virtually using racing simulation.
Cindi Lux first came to Maher Solutions in 2015 and quickly realized the value that racing simulation could offer as a training tool. As a West Coast-based team competing in a largely East Coast series, the simulator allows her to gain valuable seat time without accumulating the high costs of travel, nor the wear and tear on the car. The racing simulator is customized to mimic the feel and behavior of each driver’s car. Using virtual reality racing technology, the car is then set into highly realistic renderings of race tracks located all over the world. This allows Cindi to train and get a feel for how her #45 Lux Performance Group Dodge Viper ACR-X will perform during the 70-minute races at the tracks she will visit with the 2016 Trans Am series.
VR Motion Corp will continue working with Cindi Lux and her team for the extent of the 2016 season.
